Remember the hiking tumble that I took in Maine back in October?
That's right - it ended in an ACL reconstruction surgery. While surgery was not the outcome that I expected (nor hoped for), I'm thankful for the great medical team that performed my surgery right before the new year.
After taking three weeks off, I'm excited to re-enter teaching with a modified schedule starting January 18th. I'm looking forward to being back in the warmth & seeing everyone's faces again.
For now, my schedule will include Sundays, and Monday & Tuesday evenings. (More classes will be re-introduced in February!)
I will personally not be demoing in class, but I promise to make up for it by talking to you a whole lot. I'll see you in class soon!
P.S. Yes, rehab & PT lasts for months for this type of injury & subsequent surgery - but that isn't going to interfere with the 2026 200-hour yoga teacher training! Yoga is for everyone & every body. We all learn and explore the practice in whatever capacity we are able to each day.
